The Perm state national research university begins the project for development of IAS

IVS Group won tender on execution of works on development of an information and analytical system for the Perm National and Research Polytechnical University (PNRPU), the press service of the company reported on September 2, 2013.

Project Background

In PNIPU for storage and data processing several information systems in which data are not synchronized are used. Within the project on automation works on unification of these existing systems and creation of uniform and homogeneous information space are planned. It will allow to avoid duplication and distortion of information.

Project Tasks

Within the project it is necessary to automate four blocks of processes: the general document flow, a receiving campaign in higher education institution, work with results of scientific activity of the University and management of personnel processes.

Roman Gadiatulin, the project manager, the leading programmer of IVS Group, noted: "Development of a software package will allow to bring management of higher education institution to new qualitative level. From the practical point of view the module "Entrant" is of special interest. It was for the first time tested in a receiving campaign in PNIPU for training in 2012-2013 academic year. Thanks to an automated system transfer of 5,400 entrants was provided with forces of only 12 specialists".
