The companies Giperglobus MOLGA Consulting announced also on September 3, 2013 project completion of automation of planning process of staff costs on the platform SAP ERP HCM in the Russian hypermarkets of network of the customer.
Project Background
Earlier planning process of staff costs in Russian Globe was implemented in Excel on the basis of the data unloaded from the system of SAP, being followed by a large number of routine transactions. During such planning error probability is represented high, the received digits are not always clear and transparent, there are difficulties in consolidation of information and obtaining the reporting.
Sergey Nikitin, partner, project director of MOLGA Consulting: "We were faced by a task – to implement costs planning on personnel for the Russian hypermarkets, considering features of the local legislation and the general rules of global methodology of budgeting in Globe. We managed to achieve the planned result - within 3 months consultants of MOLGA Consulting and employees Giperglobus did the large volume of works from conceptual design before trial operation. There is a wish to note a project team Giperglobus which proved as the professional, interested in the end result partner who is quickly coping with the arising methodological and managerial tasks".
Project Progress
During the project planning processes of number, a salary, allowances, insurance and compensation payments, awards, future revaluation and other costs are automated. For process of detailed planning indicators of average number, FTE are entered, the possibility of regulation of the size of the cost item through change of percent of a deviation of the planned amount from actual is implemented. In a system the new method of collection of data on vacancies which creates cost elements for allowances for an experience, awards taking into account the planned date of filling of a vacancy is developed.
The organization structure of the company, change management approaches in organizational management are reviewed. At budget making data for planning of expenses are collected precisely at the level of a position taking into account organizational changes, acceptances and transfers. Drawing up several versions of the budget taking into account changes in the state and the salary became possible.
Ulyanina Nadezhda, the head of HR department of Giperglobus company, noted: "Implementation of functionality of SAP ERP of HCM on costs planning on personnel allows us to optimize all planning process for all hypermarkets "Globus", to estimate all information concerning the actual and plan benefits at the different detail levels. Today we have the reliable and exact expense plans the next financial year painted for every month at the level of each position and MVZ. Due to creation of different algorithms of calculation of cost of the held and vacant position we managed to optimize up to 1% of available funds".
Shelygin Alexey, project manager of Giperglobus company: "Emergence of new functionality in SAP inevitably puts the staff of the company before a new call and involves review of the operating processes and procedures. During the project many approaches were reviewed: in employee administration, the directory of payment types and postings on them, in organizational management. The last was brought into accord to realities of the company that will allow to implement further new projects in advanced functionality of SAP ERP of HCM".

The project is implemented in 6 Globus hypermarkets. Provided budgeting of staff expenses in the hypermarkets planned to opening in a system.
