The Standard Project Solution (SPS) MOLGA is the solution developed within basic functionality of the SAP product ERP HCM for human resources management. It covers all main business processes of the enterprise. The implemented business processes of the solution conform to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Functional volume of the solution

The functional volume of "the Standard Project Solution" is based on basic functionality of SAP ERP of HCM and includes the following set of business processes:

Organization and staff administration:

  • maintaining in current status and the analysis of change in time of an organization structure and the staff list of the company (maintaining structural divisions, maintaining regular positions, maintaining data on a pay structure);
  • management of vacancies;
  • maintaining corporate directory of positions/professions (OKDTPR);
  • maintaining the directory of working conditions for production divisions (according to lists of RPF);
  • formation of the staff list in the unified T-3 form;
  • carrying out data analysis, measure calculation.

Personnel records:

  • maintaining personnel data on personnel;
  • maintaining contractual relations with personnel;
  • conducting personnel business processes of accounting of personnel (acceptance, transfer, dismissal, holiday, other);
  • preparation and printing of individual and group orders on staff according to the unified forms;
  • automatic calculation of the put holiday days, vacation planning;
  • reporting (ADV forms) according to requirements of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation;
  • data processing on military accounting;
  • accounting and calculations of experiences (insurance, in the industry, in areas with special conditions (Far North and so forth), etc.)
  • monitoring of execution of terms (termination of a probation period, date of termination of the certificate of the disabled person, period of annual medical examination, etc.);
  • obtaining (formation and printing) necessary references and documents on personnel without time lags;
  • carrying out data analysis, measure calculation, reporting according to personal data.

Planning and time recording:

  • planning and maintaining diagrams of working time for the different operation modes and a time recording used at the enterprise;
  • maintaining individual diagrams of working time on employees;
  • data recording of time keeping (appearances, absences on different types, the reasons);
  • the analysis and calculation of time on the basis of planned and/or the actual temporary events;
  • conducting calculation of time at the summed-up time recording;
  • formation of the sheet of working time (including T-13 form);
  • carrying out data analysis of time, measure calculation.

Payroll:

  • data analysis of accounting of personnel;
  • maintaining data for payroll (an award, deduction, executive documents, etc.);
  • the automated regular payroll including complete calculation of charges, deduction, transfers and taxes;
  • formation of payments during an intersettlement period;
  • formation of the sheet and accomplishment of transfers in cash desk and in bank;
  • transfer of results of calculation in financial accounting for accomplishment of accounting entries and the cost accounting;
  • formation of analytical reports by types of charges/deduction;
  • reporting and electronic unloadings in tax authorities, in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, in social insurance fund, in bodies of statistics according to modern statutory requirements;
  • obtaining (formation and printing) necessary references and documents on the salary;
  • carrying out data analysis about the salary, measure calculation.

In addition to the configured business processes according to the basic modules SAP ERP HCM, at the solution there is an additional packet of the developed report forms which usually are required for business users.
