The Citeck company started project implementation for Pharmacy Chain 36.6 company on adaptation and system implementation of electronic document management of "Citeck iDocs" on the Alfresco platform.
A system automates process of preparation, approval, vising, the conclusion, registration and storage of the agreements signed with partners. Besides, a system will be used for the organization of joint work of staff of the company, appointment and control of accomplishment of assigned tasks.
The project started in July, 2013, input of the first release of a system in commercial operation is appointed to September, 2013.
Among the expected project deliverables – reduction of temporary costs for approval of documents, creation of a uniform electronic agreement base of the company with a possibility of quick and effective search.
