AT Consulting: AIS TsPGU Center of Acceptance of Public Services

Automated information system "The center of acceptance of public services" (AIS TsPGU) - the solution is developed taking into account requirements imposed to automation systems of MFC. Development is made by request of MFC of the Novosibirsk region.

Advantages

The solution interacts with three state IT systems providing functioning of services of the electronic government in all territory of Russia.

The solution is integrated with the system of electronic interdepartmental interaction (SIEI), the Uniform Portal of Public Services (UPPS) and the Unified identification and authentication system (Unified identification and authentication system).

The software package provides reliability of information transfer by means of special function of the guaranteed delivery. The implemented system supports various means of identification, such as passport, Insurance Number of Individual Ledger Account, the electronic digital signature (EDS) written on e-token and the universal electronic card (UEC).

Functionality

Acceptance, registration, processing of the statements and documents necessary for providing the public services (execution state functions) provided by applicants in branches, GAU sales tax "MFC" and data transmission of documents in the information systems used by executive bodies of the government of the Novosibirsk region and local government authorities in the Novosibirsk region, used for providing the public and municipal services (functions) and also receiving from body of result of providing service (function) for further issue to the applicant.
