The Tyumbit-ASU Ltd integrator completed the project of installation of telephones to WORLD Visual communications company, the press service reported on August 5, 2013. Within the project implementation and solution integration by Softk an IP Background with a 1C system of CRM is executed.
Project Progress
In the beginning there was implementation of CRM. A step of the second – integration of a CRM system with telephony. For the solution of this task specialists Tyumbit-ASU were invited and software products are selected: a communication framework of "Oktell" and the solution — "IP background" which is built in 1C.
