Softk an IP Background - the solution for integration of Oktell about 1C: Enterprise.

"SOFTKOM of Oktell an IP Background" – a joint product of SOFTKOM and Telsystems Ukraine companies. It is intended for integration of the CRM system of "1C:CRM PROF 8" into the telecommunication Oktell platform.

Advantages

The product allows to automate process of fixing of contact and creation of reports for work of managers. The conversation audio recording binding to contact, gives the chance of additional point control of quality of work of employees.

The product allows to integrate work of contact center and the CRM system in the uniform application that in turn minimizes duplication of transactions in several systems and increases employee performance and control of their work.

At "SOFTKOM: The IP Background" is available several advantages before the similar systems.

One of them - support of IP technology via the built-in program gateway that allows to create uniform telephone and computer infrastructure without laying of additional telephone lines, to integrate geographically distributed offices of the company in a unified internal number plan and to create remote jobs.

The built-in program IP gateway allows to refuse additional analog ports on payments of CTI and hardware making conversion of an analog signal to VoIP that inevitably leads to considerable reduction in cost of the solution. System "SOFTKOM: The IP Background" gives the chance at the same time to use different types of hardware.
