Gatchina dairy plant (Infor EAM)

The Gatchina dairy plant "Galaktika" started the project on process optimization of maintenance and repairs of the equipment. As the tool for automation of these processes the enterprise will use the solution Infor EAM. Implementation will be performed by forces of own IT specialists of the enterprise.

Ensuring operability of the equipment and cost optimization on repairs and maintenance should become the purposes of implementation of an EAM system.

Creation of a management system for fixed assets of the plant will require creation of the database of standards on hardware maintenance and also automation of accounting of objects, planning of scheduled works, inventory managements and purchases of materials and spare parts, control of actual costs on repairs, formations of the corporate reporting.
