The independent surveyor company "Topfreym" since September, 2013 began to use the CRM system "the COMPASS: Marketing and management".
The management Topfreym began to think of implementation of new software products in activity of the company for a long time. The main reason – desire to develop and expand the customer base and also to increase efficiency and quality of work with already available clients for the account the client - the focused technologies, to increase efficiency of the analysis and planning of the work. It was for this purpose necessary to have the checked and competently constructed system in which all necessary data on work with clients in a convenient form, taking into account specifics of activity of the company would be entered.
From CRM systems considered in selection process the main attention was paid to the COMPASS and TerraSoft systems. "COMPASS" most corresponded to the criteria stated above. The customer hopes that this system will meet his expectations and will solve the tasks set for it.
At the beginning of September consultants of KOMPAS company installed the licensed software on the Customer's computers. The second stage of the project which consists in training of end users of the CRM system should be complete until the end of this month.
