Specialists of 1C-Rarus company automated in September, 2013 payroll and management of the HR policy in Teplo-Art company using the solution "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". The program contains tools for personnel management, allows to create optimal mechanisms of motivation and charges, to monitor passing by employees of training, advanced training, to plan holidays and workforce recruiting.
Functionality "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" allowed to automate all range of the tasks which are carried out by HR department. In a new system: all unified forms on work accounting contain; the data archive, transferred in RPF is conducted; the opportunity of maintaining diagrams of part-time, individual, "with the sliding days off" is given; payroll (the calculation period, advance payments, charges and deduction, a price-work payment method) is conducted; different types of the regulated reporting form and printed; "The analysis of charges of workers" and "The analysis of charges of taxes and contributions" contain; the complete information about workers contains in different analytical cuts.
Within the project specialists of 1C-Rarus also rendered additional consulting services on work in a system.
