1C: Integrated Automation 8 in network of Siberian Pancakes cafe pancake houses

The First BIT company completed the project on optimization of a trading activity in network of Siberian Pancakes cafe pancake houses. Installation of a set of a retail store equipment and its integration into the software allowed to create the effective trade mechanism. All operations on sale are registered by means of simple transactions. Service rate of buyers increased. Data on sales from geographically distributed points are consolidated in a common information space. It simplifies their processing and the analysis. Dynamics of business improved.

The Siberian pancakes – network of cafe pancake houses. Its branches are located in Tomsk and Kemerovo. For the purpose of increase in efficiency of business its management made the decision on complex automation. 1C specialists became partners in the project: The first BIT. They performed delivery of the 1C: Integrated Automation 8 program and installation of the specialized equipment:

• · check Posiflex Aura-9000 printer;
• · board of the buyer of Firich FV-2029M, vacuum and fluorescent;
• · touch Posiflex KS-7215G terminal;
• · a strongbox to fiscal registrars of Posiflex CR-3100;
• · plastic holders of notes size 400х410х85;
• · the laser hand one-plane scanner with a support of METROLOGIC 1250G "Voyager"

. As a result of project implementation 29 jobs were automated. The management of Siberian Pancakes network notes that from the beginning of application of a retail store equipment the efficiency of a labor activity increased:

• errors in accounting were reduced. Data on sales instantly are reflected in the program. Setup of parameters of access guarantees their safety and confidentiality;
• thanks to automatic registration of the fact of sales the efficiency of execution of orders increased. It allows to avoid queues and to increase passability of outlet;
• the customer loyalty raised.
