Nizhnekamsk plant of technical carbon (Institute of Model Solutions: Process production)

"The Nizhnekamsk plant of technical carbon" completed implementation of the automated system constructed based on the solution "by Institute of Model Solutions: Process production 8".

Prior to the beginning of the project at the enterprise several separate solutions, a part from which was created by forces of own IT specialists of the plant, were used. However accounting was kept partially manually in spreadsheets, and in general a possibility of the available systems did not correspond to requirements of complex accounting and management.

In 2006 the plant's management made the decision on creation of the uniform automated control system for the enterprise, for the purpose of increase in efficiency of activity and cost reduction for achievement of a strategic objective - increase in capitalization of the enterprise. It was for this purpose supposed to provide control of results of activity and performance indicators of the enterprise, to automate the cost accounting and profit distribution and also to increase effective management of sales processes.

Works on inspection of the enterprise and creation of model of the automated business processes were executed to the middle of 2006. The group of implementation created at the enterprise performed considerable work on systematization and classification of several thousand accounting items.

Since 2007 a system is put into operation regarding managerial and accounting of economic transactions, purchase management and sale, production accounting and cost accounting, the cash accounting and management of financial resources. By estimates of the enterprise, the main labor costs at a stage of start of a system fell on normalization and preparation of initial data - reference books and a remaining balance.

At the moment 20 jobs of users are involved. In commercial operation there are subsystems of accounting and tax accounting. The unified information system provides single information input, contains data on all financial and material flows of the enterprise. The detail and efficiency of data appeared enough and for full enterprise management, i.e. the system of accounting at the same time performs functions of management accounting.
