The Moscow Department of Information Technology summed up in September, 2013 the tender results on rendering project management services of development of a regional fragment of a single state information system in health care (Uniform State Health Information System) of the city of Moscow – the regional unified information system (RUIS).

REIS is created according to the government decree of Moscow "About the program of upgrade of health care of the city of Moscow for 2011-2012" and for the purpose of increase in availability and quality of medical care by means of use of information technologies in ensuring medical process. A system should cover the medical organizations subordinated to the Moscow Department of Healthcare, and district directorates for ensuring activity of State Healthcare Institutions.

In 2012-2013 within development of a system a set of projects on creation of its applied and infrastructure components which support will be performed by specialists of Proyektnaya Praktika Group is implemented. Among such projects: development of a management system for flows of patients of the uniform medical information and analytical system (UMIAS), development of an analytical subsystem of EMIAS, development of systems of the personified accounting of medical care and the integrated medical information, development of help services for patients and the city register of patients, system implementation of management of flows of patients in all out-patient and polyclinic organizations of Moscow.
