Joy (1C-Rarus: Public catering 8)

Specialists of the Samara branch "1C-Rarus" automated the plant of public catering Joy operating at Novokuibyshev Refinery. The project is executed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform using programs "by 1C: Public catering 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".

The enterprise was automated by specialists of the Samara office "1C-Rarus" with direct participation of service of the equipment of plant of a power supply Joy. Jobs of the technologist, the calculator, the production manager, accountant, cashier, storekeeper and also waiter, the restaurant manager who is a part of the enterprise are automated. In a new system work of a warehouse, cash desk is organized, HR records and payroll are kept.

In "1C: Enterprise" calculation of ready dishes is conducted, the menu for every day forms and printed. Exact calculation of necessary amount of ingredients allowed to reduce costs for preparation. Calculation of cost more than 150 dishes on a formula "cost value + the fixed margin percent" is daily conducted. Purchases and acceptance of material values began to be carried out more simply and quicker. The range of dishes of plant of a power supply considerably extended due to use of collections of the compoundings which are logging in.

A system allows to control the volume of use of services of plant by each employee of the plant, to calculate the cost of the rendered services, to do the corresponding payroll deductions. The convenience and speed of work with data are several times increased.

In a system forms and in electronic form the regulated reporting is given: accounting, tax, declarations on turnover of alcohol-containing products. Thanks to integration into the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program payroll to the staff of plant and also remunerations according to the results of work in a year and charges on holidays is conducted.

Thanks to effectively working system the plant of a power supply Joy services more than 1700 clients a day. Grateful responses of workers of the plant and third-party visitors testify to high quality of service of plant of a power supply.
