"Cognitive technologies" and Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (FADM) signed in the fall of 2013 the agreement on execution of works on system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) and business process automation "E1 Euphrates" for the state needs.
The Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) is the only profile national public authority which activity is entirely concentrated on development of young citizens of Russia. Rosmolodezh aims to become the unique "service platform" for rendering the maximum assistance to development of the young personnel.
For optimization of the profile activity by the agency the decision on automation system implementation was made. Inspection of business processes of the customer and a commissioning of EDMS were carried out by forces of specialists of "Cognitive technologies".
Staff of FADM was trained to work with EDMS "E1 Euphrates" at the rate of User of E1. In process not only functionality, but also convenience and logicality of the interface were mentioned.
