NPP Spectec performed works on development of the automated control system for maintenance and repair on the basis of the software package Trim in "Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port" company.
The project of control automation of a MRO began in the company in December, 2002. In the middle of 2003 a system was handed over in experienced, and in May, 2004 – in commercial operation. During implementation the modules "Maintenance", "Warehouse", "Document flow", "Budget", "Dispatching Magazine", "Directory", "Administrator" were involved. 39 jobs of users in department of mechanization, service of mechanization of areas of port, base of intra port mechanization, group of port mobile cranes, the central mechanical-repair workshops are automated.
The present stage of works provides functional expansion of a system and also increase in number of users. New jobs were created on a motor depot (4 users) and also based on intra port mechanization (3 users). A system is transferred to the version of Trim 3.8, the database is added with the equipment of motor transport service.
Systems capabilities are expanded in the field of accounting of an operating time, accounting of an operational condition of equipment, the analysis of write-offs under the balance sheet articles and types of the equipment, formation of cards of accounting of goods, formations of requests for spare parts and materials from the scheduled plan of works. The TRIM Supply and sale add-on module was connected to a system, the module "Budget" is involved, costs planning on acquisition of spare parts and materials, their correlation with actual costs on each piece of equipment, the reporting under costs with grouping on divisions, types of repair, equipment types, the period, the cost accounting with grouping according to budget items and the periods is implemented.
2014: 10 years. Project Results
On June 23, 2014 the NPP Spectec company summed up the results of 10-year life of the TRIM system in an IT environment of JSC Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port (NCSP).
In May, 2004 a system was accepted in production operation.
In total means of TRIM to 2004 automate 39 jobs of users. By means of use of the converter, ISU of a MRO it is integrated with the system of accounting.
From May to October, 2007 specialists of NPP Spectec performed works on scaling of ISU of a MRO. The customer purchased the license to use TRIM for seven users - the total number of active users in company 46. Additional users appeared on a motor depot and base of intra port mechanization.
From March to April, 2014 specialists of the contractor carried out processing of the converter of data exchange between ISU of a MRO and the system of accounting on the 1C Platform.
For June 23, 2014 a system is used:
- department of mechanization,
- services of mechanization of areas of port,
- base of intra port mechanization,
- group of port mobile cranes,
- central mechanical-repair workshops.
"Information system MRO based on TRIM became the necessary management tool in our company. Its implementation allowed to increase efficiency of the heads and specialists who are responsible for uninterrupted operation of means of mechanization of port", – Alexey Zinchenko, the head of department of development and maintenance of the applied systems of JSC NMTP noted.

Really operable management systems are so created, and long lifecycle of these systems – for example, as in joint stock company "Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port" where more than 10 years are operated EAM- a system is provided TRIM", – emphasized Yury Svistunov, the project manager NPP Spectec.
