History

2015: PMSOFT Group joined NP SRO Neftegazservice

In November, 2015 the board meeting of Self-regulatory organization of non-profit partnership of the specialized organizations of the petrochemical and oil and gas industry Neftegazservice on which PMSOFT Group (JSC PMSOFT) was admitted to ranks of SRO took place and granted the Certificate on admission to the works having an impact on security of objects of capital construction.

• The following work types, the objects having an impact on security are listed in the certificate:
• Works on preparation of projects of the organization of construction, demolition and dismantling of buildings and constructions, prolongation of life and preservation.

Works on the organization of preparation of the project documentation, the involved builder or the customer on the basis of the agreement the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur (the general designer).

By board decision of SRO NP NEFTEGAZSERVICE it is defined that JSC PMSOFT has the right to sign agreements on implementation of the organization of works on preparation of the project documentation for objects of capital construction which cost under one agreement does not exceed 5,000,000 (five million) rubles.

2012

In 2012 forces of specialists of PMSOFT Group implemented more than 50 consulting and implementation projects, only 12 of which passed into a portfolio of the company since 2011. The serious backlog for 2013 became result of systematic work of Department of project solutions and PMSOFT technologies last year - more than ten interesting and perspective projects are already executed or just about will begin.

Among key projects it is possible to select:

• Projects of creation and implementation of complex project management information systems for Peter Gaz LLC companies, JSC FGC UES, subsidiaries of Rosneft Oil Company, JSC Sibur, JSC IDGC Holding, JSC Giprotruboprovod, Volgatransstroy Ltd and others.
• The projects connected with development of methodologies, standards and rendering services in management consulting in the field of project management and portfolios for the largest project-oriented companies of the country, including JSC Gazprom, JSC Sukhoi Company, JSC FGC UES, JSC Rosneft Oil Company.
• Projects of information, organizational and managerial support of projects of customer companies.

Considerably the range of consulting services extended in 2012: in addition to creation and implementation of information systems, specialists and experts of PMSOFT Group participate in organizational development, building and debugging of processes of management of projects now. At the same time the staff of PMSOFT directly participates in projects of customers on positions of the scheduler, analyst, administrator of the project.

Most of specialists of group successfully underwent certification and training in the software products represented to PMSOFT, including Oracle Primavera, TILOS, ASTA, Bentley.

2010

In December, 2010 the international organization on certification of TÜV Rheinland confirmed that the quality management system of PMSOFT Group conforms to the international standard ISO 9001:2008. In this connection, in March, 2011 PMSOFT Group issued the certificate of the international sample, confirmatory that primary activity of the company on development, implementation and maintenance of project management systems, system integration and training in project management are organized according to requirements of the international standard. Assessment of a quality management system of PMSOFT Group (PMSOFT Ltd and University of Project Management Ltd) was carried out by the international organization on TÜV Rheinland certification, one of the oldest and world's largest organizations working in the field of certification. Several stages of careful checks, detailed studying of functioning of processes with consideration of all necessary documents (set in ISO 9001) confirmed compliance of a quality management system of PMSOFT Group to requirements of the international standard. Based on audit of the company the certificate of ISO 9001:2008 in the development areas, implementations and maintenances of project management systems, system integration, training in project management valid up to March 21, 2014 was issued.
