Western Bug Group by means of the ACS controls access to the enterprise territory

Company "1C:" announced the first BIT on September 24, 2013 end of the first stage of an implementation project of the software product of "Bits.ACS 8" in Western Bug company.

Project Objectives

For increase in access control on the firm territory the management made the decision to create an effective gating system.

Project Progress

The mechanism of system operation of access control according to which data on a pass/exit are fixed in a single system is implemented. The human resource department uses them for filling of the sheet and calculation actually of a worked time. Top managers had an opportunity to control time of stay of the employees at work online.

Project Results

• the procedure of data collection for payroll calculation and the sheet of a time recording became simpler. Time for transaction was reduced by 5 times,
• there was an opportunity to online monitor movements of employees across the territory, to analyze the reasons of absence/delay/processings concerning regulation according to the diagram,
• if necessary the sheet can be adjusted,
• duplication of data is excluded that facilitates their reconciliation and accounting,
• the variety of ready report forms and automatic filling of documents save time for their filling, and guarantee quality of reports.
