On September 24, 2013 the Asteros group announced the beginning of implementation of a new stage of development of a corporate system of Altus CRM.

Implementation of a corporate CRM system of the Asteros group which received the name Altus is begun in 2011.

Project Objectives

To team of consultants and Asteros developers set the task to create the project and to implement a corporate system of support of sales and monitoring of execution of projects taking into account specifics of project activity of integrator, an organization, financial and managerial structure of the Asteros group.

Project Progress

"As the IT company, we well imagined possibilities of the main CRM systems implemented both on Russian and on international the markets. But with growth of business of group, we came to a conclusion that the basic functionality of most of them does not consider specifics of business at the heart of which – large-scale, long-term projects on creation engineering and IT infrastructures and also to implementation of end-to-end systems of security and business process automation. We needed to provide technology support of business of group based on the universal platform considering a set of aspects of work of commercial divisions – from the automated request for the tender documentation to the formalized qualification of transactions with assessment of attractiveness of the potential contract, cutting off of the unprofitable transactions, forecasting of sales, high-level monitoring of projects I we went in the way" - Valery Kozhevnikov, the operating officer of commercial directorate of the Asteros group noted.

Plans in the project

Until the end of the year the development team of Asteros is going to put into commercial operation functionality of online display of the current results of work of each seller, accomplishment of the personal plan, the award calculator allowing to count the expected manager's award depending on the current fact and the forecast of accomplishment of the plan and also to model a bonus level depending on the accomplishment of the plan specified by the seller: in the art works and diagrams visualizing the current results, plans and sales forecasts.

"Developing in line with current trends, CRM systems purchase lines of social networks more and more and these opportunities it is possible and it is necessary to use for support and development of customer relations, - Andrey Cheremnykh, the president of the Asteros group emphasized, - We began to develop own corporate system of CRM, at first as the operational solution for support of sales and as analytical – for forecasting of sales, scoring, the reporting. Now time for development of a system at the expense of the social tools opening new sales opportunities the client - the focused strategy and quality improvement of the business processes connected with sales, service and marketing came".
