Altus CRM is a corporate CRM system of the Asteros group. The company made the decision to develop own corporate system of CRM, at first - as the operational solution for support of sales and as analytical – for forecasting of sales, scoring, the reporting.

As a technology platform of the solution the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system is selected.

Especially for collegiate organs of management Asteros in CRM flexible reporting system under the won contracts, projects in implementation, to changes of conditions of transactions and so forth is implemented.

Advantages

CRM Altus provides transparency of the project progress, condition monitoring, provides the plan fact for projects. On the basis of the customized platform the knowledge base providing availability of a broad spectrum of information necessary for work of the seller actively is increased. It consolidates experiment of the company on project implementation, technical commercial offers, the presentations, certificates of specialists, licenses, etc. CRM Altus acts as a single technology platform for the management system implemented in Asteros on the purposes. CRM supports the automated drawing up and approval of plans for the selected period (Pipeline), the GAP analysis of the sales plan and monitoring of its accomplishment.

CRM gives ample opportunities on automated management of transactions, creation of the plan of cash-flow, confirmation of validity of carrying out transactions, the analysis of a business case, sales management taking into account sales phases from formation of requirements before identification of potentialities.

Mobility

In a system the mobile interface which received the name Maltus is implemented.

Team work

A system is supplied with specially developed graphical interface and, using integration into Microsoft Lync, easily traces a presence status of the user or a command of sales, employment of each team member. Directly from the Lync form each employee involved in the project can use a convenient service of creation of the e-mail, an instant message, a call, purpose of a meeting, etc.
