Lamoda increases the level of quality requirements of communication channels

On September 25, 2013 the Mastertel company announced the beginning of works according to the results of the tender for providing telecommunication services announced by Lamoda company where it Mastertel became the prime vendor of communication services.

According to terms of the contract, specialists Mastertel connected at office of the client service "A non-charge call 8-800", provided high-speed links of communication for call center with the subsequent possibility of expansion and the "beautiful" phone number.
