The Vologda regional court transfers to electronic archive of 600 volumes of affairs

ELAR corporation announced on September 25, 2013 completion of transfer to an electronic form of the legal cases (loadings in electronic archive) considered by the Vologda regional court since 2010.

Project Results

After execution of works nearly six hundred volumes of the cases considered by court in the first instance became available vessels, in electronic form for workers, to lawyers and investigators. Each volume, contains 250 sheets, on average, prepared on the computer or the typewriter and also graphic, hand-written materials. During the project specialists of ELAR scanned and processed more than 150 thousand pages of the sewed affairs. According to each document the separate multipage file containing images of all pages of volume and the recognized text is created. In the name of the PDF file attributes for formation of a card in electronic archive and obtaining information from Justice state automated system are specified. The received information resource is loaded into the electronic archive created on the SAPERION software platform.
