In BPC Bank Technologies company SugarCRM system implementation according to the SaaS model is executed by specialists of IT company (file). BPC Bank Technologies specialize in project implementation on creation of technology infrastructure in the field of electronic payments and retail banking business for the organizations of a different profile.
The decision on implementation of the CRM system of the class SaaS was made for the purpose of development of long-term customer relations and identification of degree of satisfaction of their requirements. The implementation project started in September, 2008.
The CRM system will contain the complete information about all interactions of clients with sales departments, marketing and service of the customer. It is supposed that implementation of the software product should increase efficiency of the enterprise by means of management systems for the marketing companies, managements of transactions, managements of partners, forecasting of sales and customer service.
On the server of the company 35 licenses SugarCRM on-site Professional are set. The On-Site model assumes use of own servers of the customer that allows to control security of the stored information.
The technical support of a system determined by the agreement on the service level (SLA — Service Level Agreement), within a year will be performed by integrator.
