On October 3, 2013 the RapidSoft company reported: the project of automation of the loyalty program Collection of VTB 24 bank is complete.
Project Task
The draft of own rewards program "Collection" is begun by VTB 24 for development of card business of bank, involvement of new clients and increase in transaction activity of holders of cards.
It is expected that project implementation will increase turnover of operations with cards VTB 24 more than by 25%, and not less than a quarter of users of active cards of bank will become participants of the program within two years. Possibilities of the solution implemented by RapidSoft provide scalability of the loyalty program to tens of millions of maps with processing of millions of transactions a day.
Project Progress
Within the project the RapidSoft company acted as the solution designer on automation of the program. Experts of the contractor carried out design, implementation and integration with the systems of bank and partners of the solution including the system of processing of bonus points, the bonus.vtb24.ru program website with the directory of gifts and interfaces for partners.

The works are completed in the third quarter 2013. Official start of the program took place in September, 2013.
