Content

The RapidSoft company presented in September, 2012 the complete software solution "Loyalty system" for automation of programs of loyalty using personal client plastic payment and not payment cards.

Allows to create the solution developed by RapidSoft "from scratch" large-scale the loyalty program of clients or to expand possibilities of already existing monobranded and coalition programs of loyalty of large players of retail market, including banks, retail chain stores, airlines, telecommunication companies, HoReCa networks, etc. The solution supports work with large volumes of data, tens of millions of cards and millions of transactions in day.

Important feature of a system is its modular structure allowing to configure individual solutions under tasks of each loyalty program and to implement only those components which are necessary in the specific project. Also similar architecture provides ease of development and solution integration with information systems and other components of programs of loyalty of the holder of the program and his partners.

Key solution components include the system of score processing for account management of participants of the program, charge and write-off of points; analytical data storage; the client website with a personal account of the card holder; the website for partners of the coalition loyalty program with data on transactions of their clients. Also important solution module is the subsystem of communications and the organization of a feedback with clients allowing to create notifications and polls within the loyalty program. The subsystem supports different communication channels (E-mail, the SMS, the website, messages on checks, information terminals, etc.) and analyzes responses of clients to offers. Besides, the solution includes modules for process automation, the bonus cards linked with issue, connection of partners and participants of the loyalty program, etc.

Developments of RapidSoft are used for automation of one of the programs of loyalty Svyaznoy Club, largest in Russia, which integrates more than 16 million participants and more than 50 network partners.

Network of write-off of bonus points

The network of write-off of bonuses and also active participation of TSP in joint marketing actions, wide and attractive to clients, guarantee the high involvement of holders of cards into the program, improving financial performance of bank. A system offers the most effective and attractive channels of write-off of bonus points:

  • Direct write-off at the checkout of TSP (Instant Redemption).
  • Write-off upon purchase in online stores.

Principal components of the platform

Processing center

Creates and operates personal accounts for participants of the program. Executes charge and authorizes write-off of points (through online integration into programs on point-of-sale terminals, the Websites and other information systems of partners). Keeps statistics on all client transactions.

Analytical data storage

The analytical data storage is the Data Base of participants of the loyalty program. Stores all information on clients, their history and personal data. Allows to carry out the analysis of consumer behavior, customer segmentation, formation of target audiences for the marketing actions and personal offers guaranteeing the maximum response against participants. Gives the chance to collect, to clean and integrate customer information from different sources. The storage also contains a number of linguistic and mathematical algorithms and rules for unambiguous identification of the client in case of change of its personal data (change of the Full Name, the residence, change of passport data, etc.)

System of write-off of points

The system of write-off of points allows clients to spend points by different methods. A system allows to write off points in outlets (Instant Redemption method), in online stores of partners, or purchase from the directory of gifts in the Personal account of the website of loyalty. Also the option of conversion of points on points of other loyalty systems or write-off through conditional cash-back is possible.

Client interfaces

The website and mobile application for obtaining information on opportunities and advantages of the loyalty program — for all clients and a personal account of the participant for obtaining the complete information about balance, history of points, special offers, etc. Allows to keep also the directory of gifts for remuneration of participants.

Partner interfaces

The website provides for partners of the loyalty program to partners relevant statistics on transactions of their clients. Gives the chance of the analysis of the customer base on geography of purchases, the size of the check and other parameters. On analysis results the partner of the loyalty program can create selection for holding a komarketingovy campaign (mailing, the personal offer, etc.)

Module of management of communications

Allows to create different notifications within the loyalty program. Can include: templates of letters, editors of difficult polls, the history of all mailings, means for the analysis and drawing up any reports on mailings and polls, check of the guaranteed delivery. Supports a set of communication channels, including e-mail, the SMS, the client website, printing on checks, etc. Allows to control delivery and responses to offers.

Automated workplace of contact center

Intends for the staff of contact center. Provides the up-to-date information necessary for communication with the client — balance on the card, biographical particulars of participants of the program and statistics on client transactions. Allows to identify quickly the client, to block and unblock cards, to enter and change personal data, to process requests of users, to make out applications for participation in marketing actions, etc.

Geobase

The software module allowing to store information on different points, significant for the client (such as addresses of shops, ATMs, outlets, etc.) and to display them on the card.
