The project management module lacks functionality, especially in the field of budgeting - it would be desirable to configure communication between risks and tasks, arrival and an expense, deeper integration with Microsoft Outlook of 2010 and 2013. We give all our wishes to developers and implementation specialists. We are answered that a lot of things are implemented in the next versions of a system. Sergey Akulchev: Employees accepted well as I personally explained to them why we need it and as it will help with work. I consider that implementation of the similar systems always should go, first of all, from the head, with explanations and indicative examples.

Sergey Akulchev: Yes quite. First of all, knowledge in the company, thanks to the internal portal increased. All small working issues are resolved there quickly enough. Earlier by the mail each working day I saw up to 25 addresses from employees, now this number was reduced to 1-2 letters. All approvals happen already in a system. Actually so far to speak about larger results early since implementation will last 3-4 more.

Sergey Akulchev: My expectations as head come down to that a system helped to do all work quicker, releasing time for family. Besides, I direct the case at distance therefore a possibility of mobile management for me one of the main. I think that the ELMA application for iPad directly will help with it.

Sergey Akulchev: In general, I am happy with the choice and service of the company. A system is dynamic, clear to the ordinary user. Navigation is built rather competently inside that creates a possibility of intuitive work.
