Elektrogaz implements a control system of works on a MRO subsidiaries

On October 7, 2013 announced Corus Consulting implementation of an information system on the platform of 1C in DOAO "Elektrogaz".

Project Tasks

Main goals of the new project on system deployment in DOAO "Elektrogaz":

• ensuring functions of the automated works monitoring on a MRO subsidiaries,
• decrease in labor input at registration and document handling,
• ensuring the centralized data storage and work with them.

Within works the project team as a part of which the main users of DOAO "Elektrogaz", Gazprom tsentrremont LLC, consultants and programmers of Corus Consulting is created. Before start of works the project team carried out the comprehensive analysis of processes to DOAO "Elektrogaz".

Project Progress

Based on the conducted examination the architecture is developed "IC TORIK +" for subsidiaries Gazprom tsentrremont of LLC and technical specifications on development of a prototype of an information system. IC "TORIK +" it is unrolled at head office and branches DOAO "Elektrogaz". The data exchange system between branches and head office is developed, data migration is configured from IC "TORIK" and "TORIK +".

Oleg Goryunov, the First Deputy CEO and chief engineer of DOAO "Elektrogaz": "As a result of project implementation all were achieved effective objectives earlier. Still information on change in item-by-item plans arrived from Gazprom tsentrremont by e-mail in the form of files of Excel and required a dopolnitelnoyobrabotka the staff of Elektrogaz. Now this information comes to the IC "TORIK +" from the TORIK system and at once becomes available to all users of "ektrogaz", not only at the central office, but also in branches. Exchange between systems happens 1 time per hour, and exchange with branches - 1 time 30 minutes".

A system works in the mode of production operation.
