Agent Electronic marketplace

On October 1 there began the work the Agenda electronic marketplace developed by Fogsoft company. The electronic trading system will allow the organizations to build effective purchasing activity within No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities".

According to developers, the Agenda electronic marketplace is a full-function system of electronic procurement with a possibility of holding different procedures, such as: open auction, closed competition, request for proposals and request for quotations. The platform is developed on the iTender platform.

The platform "Agenda" specializes in holding procurement procedures for state companies, subjects of natural monopolies, state corporations, the organizations performing regulated types of activity in the field of electro-gas - warm, water supply, water disposal, utilization (burial) of municipal solid waste and also other organizations falling under action 223-FZ.

As well as other electronic marketplaces created on the iTender platform for purchases on 223-FZ (Mosvodokanal, MTK, SVFU of M.K. Ammosov, etc.), Agenda has the built-in module of integration with the official website of the Russian Federation of zakupki.gov.ru allowing organizers of biddings to publish the data required by "the law on purchases" in the automatic mode. The legal importance of transactions is protected due to use of EDS mechanisms. The platform accepts certificates of certification centers: Taxcom, "Guarantor Electronic Express" and SKB Kontur.

According to the expert of Fogsoft Sergey Baranov, organizers of biddings which will use the platform as the working tool will be able to estimate how simple and fast the organization of purchases 223-FZ, earlier occupying a considerable part of their working time can be agrees. Besides, existence of a large number of participants will allow to conclude to organizers of biddings the profitable transactions, he claims.
