SCOUT Explorer - a basis of the automated workplace of the manager.

SCOUT Explorer - the basic version

The SCOUT Explorer is purchased on each workplace of the manager and allows to work with any quantity of objects of monitoring.

As a part of the basic version all reports of a system SCOUT (the main and special), except for reports on fuel consumption. The functionality can be increased by activation of add-on software modules.

Main Functions

• on-line monitoring;
• notifications on events;
• individual and group reports;

Module "Fuel Control"

It is delivered separately and it can be set on the basic version. It is intended for effective control behind fuel consumption: reconciliations of gas stations, identifications of drainings. To the module there correspond reports:

• Movements and parking with fuel.
• Gas stations and drainings of fuel (group report).
• Operation of fuelers.

In the basic version SCOUT Explorer, without the connected module "Fuel Control", fuel reports are available:

• Gas stations and drainings of fuel are the individual (not group) report allowing to analyze data on a single vehicle.
• Expense on DRT – the report on fuel consumption using the flowing Fuel flow sensor (flowmeter).

The module uses indications of the fuel level sensor or the fuel flow sensor.

Module "Control of Observance Governed"

It is delivered separately and can be established on the basic version. Professional instrument of increase in efficiency of vehicle fleet and control system. The module in real time announces the user violation of statutory rules of operation of vehicles.

Rules signal about events:

• Fuel dump (the rule will work even without the connected module "Fuel Control").
• The movement in time off.
• Speeding in the territory of the enterprise.
• Speeding in the locality.
• Gas station in not put place.
• The idle time out of the enterprise territory exceeding time of the permitted parking.
• Movement of the equipment out of object limits.
• Operation of discrete sensors (turning on of mechanisms, opening of a board, presence of the passenger and other).
• Disconnection of the mobile terminal from a vehicle network of the vehicle.
• Opening of the body of the terminal.
• Decrease in number of the accepted satellites is lower threshold (suspicion on attempt of shielding of the receiver).
• Exit of temperature values for an admissible interval and others.

Any rule can be limited to conditions:

• areas of coverage (or zones of exceptions);
• action period;
• time of day;
• days of the week;
• action duration.

Requirements to a configuration of the computer depend on the number of the connected monitoring modules.

Up to 500 modules: Intel of the Core 2 Duo 2500 MHz (Intel Core 2 Duo/Quad/i3/i5/i7), 2048 MB of OZU above.

SCOUT Explorer LIGHT

SCOUT Explorer LIGHT is delivered to free of charge registered users and no more than 20 objects of monitoring allow to control work. The structure of the LAYT configuration includes all basic reports:

• on fuel,
• to parking,
• I will run,
• to runs,
• to zones,
• to discrete and analog sensors.

Software SCOUT Explorer LIGHT works only with modules of monitoring of production of SCOUT Group.

2013: SCOUT Server 3.5

On October 8, 2013 to SCOUT Group was announced completion of beta software testing by SCOUT 3.5.

Results of the 9-month test confirmed stable work and high speed of the updated software product. The possibility of tracking several the CU in real time can be implemented now by means of cards 2 GIS, Yandex stopper, CITYGID 7 and the preset address database "The road Russia map".

SCOUT Multislezheniye

In new version 3.5 more reliable and effective methods of acceptance and data storage are used. Significantly process of unloading of data in 1C became simpler.

The purchased licenses for version 3.0 grant the right to use the corresponding functionality and all updates in version 3.5 without restrictions and is free.

In the new software product there are convenient interactive reports, the reliable system of notifications, all functions of so-called "thick client" who works without the Internet.
