The organization of competent storage and quick access to documents was the main objective of the project set as company management.

Search of the solution

In search of an optimal solution specialists of Pipe Metallurgic Company carried out market research and examined experience of implementation of the systems of electronic archive at other enterprises. The main selection terms were: reliability, scalability, functionality of a system and also a possibility of fast and easy setup of a system under internal tasks. Among a large number of developments in the field of electronic archives, the ETLA system provided by Atlas Soft company proved to be as the most appropriate solution.

Results

Now using the Etla system formation of electronic archive of documents and registration of the entering and outgoing current correspondence, contract management, control of execution of documents is performed and also storage and online access, as to internal, and accounting documents is provided. Thanks to the built-in tools, implementation was performed without involvement of specialists of Atlas Soft company.
