V CONFESSION AGENCY (Electronic archive ETLA)

The Atlas Soft company together with Nova-Group company finished the project on system implementation of electronic archive "Etla" in V confession agency Event-agency.

Project Objective

The organization of competent storage and quick access to documents was a main objective of the project which was set by the management of agency.

Project Progress

Having compared a number of the systems of electronic archives, the choice fell on the Etla system from Atlas Soft company which allows to work without restrictions for types of the stored documents with a possibility of the organization of card files with any object types. Besides, as in the agency all park of computers consists of machines of Apple company, the opportunity for work under MacOS was one of key selection terms of a system.

Result of implementation

Transition to electronic archive allowed company management to increase in general reliability and efficiency of activity of the company due to receiving quick access to any information of the company.
