Jenny Rose LLC automates enterprise management

On October 14, 2013 1C Company: Announced the first BIT implementation of the specialized FirstBIT ERP software product and its integration with an electronic retail store equipment of shop of Jenny Rose LLC company.

Project Task

Beginning a campaign for business automation, the owner of boutique Jenny Rose LLC looked for the program simple in application and installation solving a complex of problems:

• simplify transactions of acceptance, inventory, movement of goods in a warehouse;
• create conditions for fast service of visitors;
• organize the effective system of accounting at the enterprise;
• obtain objective analytical data on profitability of business.

Project Progress

Specialists of First BIT set FirstBIT ERP on jobs of the cashier and managing director of shop. Connected the printer of printing of the ZEBRA GC420 labels and the Symbol LI4278US scanner. Users underwent detailed instructing. All works are carried out in 1 day.

Project Results

In a project deliverable business processes are automated:

• accounting,
• warehouse
• management accounting;
• banking and cash activities;
• formation of budgets;
• drawing up detailed reports on profitability and so forth.

Implementation helped owners of shop with the organization of an effective trading activity. Service rate of buyers increased, there was a possibility of implementation of quick search of necessary goods in a warehouse, fast inventory.
