FirstBIT ERP is the solution for enterprise management. The basic konfigration allows to automate completely small and medium trade business areas. The flexible structure allows to adapt also a system for compliance to business needs of other sphere and/or scale.

A system is developed on 1C: Enterprise platform, has the status 1C: Compatible and supports accounting according to international standards.

As of 2015 FirstBIT ERP includes all necessary completely to automate:

• accounting, financial and management accounting:
• customer relationship management;
• sales;
• purchases;
• inventory control;
• personnel management and payroll calculation.

The program is modular that gives the chance to use as separate modules (Personnel management, Accounting) and their full range – depending on requirements of the company. Development was made completely in English, however the Russian interface allows to use the solution also.

Software allows to control easily banking and cash activities, supports check payments, multicurrency with loading of rates from the Internet, creates payment schedules, assets and the capital, contains the reporting giving the chance it is easy to identify saleable and not saleable articles, employee performance, profitability of business, includes functionality of budgeting, planning of actions for prevention of losses.

Business management at distance via the web interface is available. A system is simple in mastering and does not demand from employees of technical training.

For 2.5 years of existence of office of the First BIT in Dubai more than 200 companies became his clients. In particular, use a system: Casanova (the leading retailer of elite furniture in the UAE), 2GIS, the Russian council of entrepreneurs in Dubai, Euroboor FZC (the famous producer of global metalworking machines), Senat (the international consulting company), Astro Holdings (the international logistic company).
