In 2012 the decision to optimize work, as with entering, and outgoing documentation by creation of electronic archive of documents and process automation of their approval and accounting was made.
After consideration of the market of the systems of electronic archive the company management made the decision on implementation of electronic archive ETLA as the most corresponding to all tasks set by the company.
