ESSEN-Logistik was implemented by EDMS

On January 27, 2014 about an implementation project of electronic archive "Etla" in Optovik company (network of Essen hypermarkets in the Republic of Tatarstan) one and a half years ago, the Atlas Soft company reported.

Project Tasks

As of January 27, 2014 in network of Essen Cash&Carry hypermarkets 14 shops work. From them two — in Naberezhnye Chelny, two — in Yelabuga, three — in Almetyevsk, on one shopping complex it is located in Nizhnekamsk, Bugulma, Chistopol, Nurlat, Aznakayevo, the Vyatka Glades, Zelenodolsk.

Daily Essen-Logistik works with a huge number of transport documents: agreements, acts, accounts, receipts, consignment and way bills, etc. In communication it makes the decision on the translation of the transportation documentation of the logistic company in an electronic form for work optimization.

According to the recommendation of specialists, employees Essen-Logistik studied the offer of Atlas Soft and came to a conclusion that the functionality which is present at electronic archive "Etla" is enough for the solution of their tasks.

Project Results

For input of documents the module of line scanning of documents is used - it increased document registration speed in a system.

Transition to electronic archive, on a response of the customer, allowed company management to raise |Essen-Logistik efficiency of activity due to receiving quick access to any transport documents of the company.
