Promstroyinzhiniring completed implementation of electronic archive

On February 14, 2014 it became known of software implementation Electronic archive Etla which was carried out by specialists of transport department of Promstroyinzhiniring construction company by own forces.

Project Results

A system provides:

• pofaylovy registration and reliable document storage on the server;
• convenient search of necessary documents;
• existence in the system of additional enciphering of data transmission channels;
• existence of a possibility of a fast institution in the system of documents from the scanner;
• flexible approach to pricing;
• possibility of further expansion of work with a system and transition from one complete set of delivery to another;
• possibility of fast transition from electronic archive to an electronic document management system.

In addition to automation of work with internal documents, the company created storage of all work of documentation which collected for many years. Quick entry of documents is implemented by means of the module of line scanning of documents with automatic recognition of attributes. For February 14, 2014 the created archive of documents provides quick and secure access to the knowledge base of transport department of the company.

Implementation of EA "ETLA" helped to pass Promstroyinzhiniring companies from work with paper documentation to work with modern electronic archive, to organize a common information space of documents.

Transition to electronic archive increased reliability and efficiency of logistic activity of the company by means of receiving quick access to any information of department of the company.
