The system of production planning calculation of real term of production of a product on Samaravolgomash

AF ICL-KPO company completed the first stage of work on an implementation project of a system of production planning in Samaravolgomash LLC (Samara).

For half a year specialists of ICL-KPO of AF together with representatives of the enterprise carried out project works. The Preactor configuration for work in actual practice was prepared, interfaces of work and the rule of interrelation with acting at the Simfoniya CIS enterprise are configured.

Test run showed that a system completely covers the tasks set for it. In particular, it allows to receive the relevant production schedule on the basis of reliable data about a status and loading of resources and also to provide to the client information on product production time at the time of acceptance of the order. Besides, the enterprise information system will transfer data on customer orders, works orders, supply of raw materials and stocks.

The implementable solution will allow to create the complete step-by-step schedule for three months ahead within 2-3 minutes that will give the chance quickly to make replanning at different non-staff situations. Calculation of real term of production of a product taking into account real loading of production will take less than a minute that will allow to coordinate in an interactive mode with customers delivery dates of products. Earlier for this purpose several days were required. The processed information will be back transferred to CIS for its further use in the course of dispatching.

Samaravolgomash LLC starts installation of the new license products Preactor500 APS: one license of the scheduler and two licenses for viewing data. After that the staff of the enterprise will be trained under the leadership of specialists of ICL-KPO of AF.
