"The territory And" upgrades technologies of sales process

On October 21, 2013 the 1C-Rarus company announced automation of car showroom "Territory And" software implementation "Альфа-Авто:Автосалон+Автосервис+Автозапчасти".

Project Tasks

The customer company needed to create an information system which would help with management of the main business processes. After consultation with specialists 1C-Rarus, the company selected the product "Альфа-Авто:Автосалон+Автосервис+Автозапчасти".

Project Progress

Specialists 1C-Rarus automated a complex of sales processes of cars: from a design of a request of the client before formation of a packet of payment documents and payment of the transaction through cash desk or bank. The program allows to perform reservation of cars for clients, to make out orders and to carry out pre-sale preparation.

The solution provides to the guide of the customer reports and data:

• Remaining balance and turnovers of cars;
• Status of orders;
• The statuses of the ordered cars;
• The report on the additional hardware installed on the car;
• Analysis of sales.
