Advantum-ATP is the automated control system for the motor transportation enterprise.

On October 23, 2013 the Advantum company announced integration into an automated system for the motor transportation enterprises "Advantum-ATP" of software modules of data processing from the GLONASS monitoring equipment that it allows to fix and process in the automatic mode information on performed movements or works as the appliances equipped with the GLONASS monitoring equipment.

Description

A system is independent of equipment manufacturer, allows to perform integration into the equipment installed at the customer (onboard blocks, sensors).

Advantum-ATP provides conducting all main business processes of the enterprise, including:

  • keep account of vehicle fleet (motor transport, trailers, the additional hardware, etc.);
  • accounting of tire covers and accumulators;
  • automate document flow of the motor transportation enterprise (the request, orders, waybills and so forth);
  • integration into GPS/GLONASS navigation equipment and sensors for automatic detection of the performed works;
  • calculate the cost of the performed works on the basis of actual data from waybills and GPSGLONASS the data / equipment and sensors;
  • calculation of a standard cost of fuel and lubricants, accounting of turnover of fuel and lubricants;
  • registration of repair transactions with all necessary detailing up to the performed works and the replaced parts;
  • prepare the reporting.

One of the main objectives solved by a system is automation of preparation and processing of waybills, requests and orders for vehicles, registers of waybills, dresses and cards of accounting of the performed works.

The subsystem of accounting of turnover of fuel and lubricants allows to perform calculation of a standard cost of fuel and lubricants and control of an economy/excessive consumption of fuel and lubricants, and the subsystem of accounting of spare parts – to keep account of spare parts, tire covers and accumulators by vehicles.

When using GPS receivers, and sensors of fuel control of actually performed works on transportation of goods and also the automated accounting of fuel consumption is exercised.

The module of calculation of cost of the performed works allows to automate the calculations based on data from the processed waybills.

A system provides Integration with other systems of the enterprise, gives an opportunity of receiving and data transmission.

In a system more than 20 analytical reports providing detailed information on work of the motor transportation enterprise / division are implemented.

Accounting of vehicle fleet

A system allows to keep account of the motor transportation equipment. On each unit of motor transport in a system the vehicle card in which are registered is got:

  • data on the vehicle (vehicle type/brand/model, year of release, garage and inventory numbers, VIN, etc.);
  • anny about state registration of the vehicle (PTS, registration certificates, coupons of TO, the license, etc.);
  • number units (including replacements of number units);
  • the installed additional hardware (the name of the additional hardware, date of installation, dismantling date);
  • the trailers used on the vehicle (date of coupling, date of unhitching, type of the trailer, state. number);
  • repairs of vehicles (capital, current, TO);
  • History of installation/dismantling of tire covers and accumulators.

From a vehicle card a system allows to browse a change history of all data on motor transport.

In a system the full stroke of accounting of waybills is implemented, efficient methods of automatic formation, filling and closing of waybills are developed, ample opportunities for setup of processes of accounting of these documents are given.

Formation of the order

A system gives an opportunity to enter requests for motor transport, data from which automatically are included in orders for the specified dates. Requests can be created both for one day, and for the set period. The order can form both in the manual mode, and on the basis of the processed requests.

Formation of waybills in a system can automatically be performed on the basis of the processed lines of the order for one CU or the list of the CU, or in the manual mode for separate vehicles.

A system allows to specify in the waybill (from the corresponding reference book) a planned route for motor transport which contains information on planned activities, time of their accomplishment and distances on categories of roads.

Support of 7 main types of printed forms of waybills is implemented:

  • cargo taking into account transport work;
  • cargo with an hourly pay;
  • long-distance transportations;
  • passenger;
  • special vehicles;
  • buses;
  • mechanisms.

For each of printed forms there is a possibility of manual adjustment of printing that allows to print waybills not only on blank sheets, but also on typographical forms.

Closing of waybills

A system allows to select a fill mode of the performed works from the waybill. The mode can be specified both for each machine separately, and for group of machines. The following options of filling of the performed works are possible:

  • Automatic – filling of the performed works in case of the instruction at the statement of the waybill of a plan target. At the same time data on a run, fuel consumption, a route, runtime of works form on the basis of the data obtained with the controlling equipment (the GPS receiver, the fuel sensor) installed on motor transport.
  • Manually, with control – the performed works are filled manually with the subsequent comparison with the plan target and data received with the controlling equipment installed on motor transport.
  • Manually – information on the performed works is entered manually.

Register of waybills

In a system the mechanism of control of lifecycle of waybills (creation, printing, issue to drivers, acceptance, calculation, etc.) is implemented. A system automatically creates a register of waybills in which the facts of issue and acceptance of waybills are displayed, for each waybill data on a remaining balance of fuel and lubricants in motor transport tank are displayed, indications of a speedometer and other information, necessary for accounting of waybills, are output.

Calculation of a standard cost of fuel and lubricants

A system performs automatic calculation of a standard cost of fuel and lubricants. Calculation is made for each separate work type in the waybill, for the waybill in general, taking into account handbook data on the vehicle (the fuel consumption rate increasing coefficients, etc.). When calculating data from a plan target, either data of the GPS receiver, or actually entered data, depending on system settings for the selected vehicle can be used.

A system performs calculation of cost of each performed work specified in the waybill and also calculation of the total cost of execution of works for the waybill in general.

A system allows to configure calculation of cost of the performed works: according to planned data, on actually entered data, according to GPS receivers.

The module of calculation of payments gives an opportunity of calculation of awards/surcharges for each driver, the vehicle, a work type and their combination, a method of works, works locations.

After calculation of cost of works, a system creates dresses on the specific driver, on all drivers working during this period.

After formation of dresses, a system allows to browse printed forms of orders and also printed forms of cards of accounting of the performed works for each driver on each performed work. All information on works is provided in a card of accounting: quantity of a load, a work type, a method of work, a quotation, coefficients and the raising quotations, etc.

Integration with the third-party systems

Opportunity integration with other hardware-software systems used in the organization allows to perform effective bilateral data exchange within all enterprise.

One of main advantages of the offered system is an ability to integrate with control GPS systems. Automatic import and data processing, received from GPS receivers provides considerable economic effect due to reduction of vehicles mileage, economy of fuel and lubricants, minimization of a downtime of vehicle fleet.

Analytical reports

In a system the possibility of formation more than 20 analytical reports providing detailed information on load and use of the CU, a consumption of fuel and lubricants (by drivers, on remaining balance, overexpenditures, discrepancies with planned targets), quantity of the transported load (everything, on the trailer), goods turnover, to hours in work (according to the plan, in a dress, in the movement) and to other parameters is implemented.
