On October 24, 2013 the Range of RS company announced system implementation of uninterrupted power of Modulon NH Plus with a power of 80 kVA in the Joint Service and Visa Center (JSVC), St. Petersburg.

Project Tasks

The joint Service and Visa center opened in St. Petersburg, on the areas of Shopping Center Chkalovsky in May, 2013. It allowed to integrate the visa centers of 11 countries of the Schengen agreement in one building: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Iceland, Spain, Malta, France, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden and Estonia, cities which were earlier located in different points. Daily specialists of OSVTs process several thousands of document packages. To protect computers and the server hardware of uniform computer center on a case of failure in supply of electricity it was required to ensure them smooth operation within 15 minutes.

The customer imposed high requirements to a possibility of further accumulation of power, the increased reliability. The flexibility in a configuration and simplicity of installation was also among mandatory requirements. A choice was made for benefit of the uninterruptible power supply unit (UPSU) of the 80 kVA ModulonNH Plus.

Project Results

Works are performed within two weeks. Are provided in building block system of the Delta NH Plus UPS an UPS scaling option with the power range from 20 to 320 kVA, discretization of 20 kVA.
