Dmitry Olegovich Fokin graduated from John Caroll University (Cleveland, the USA) in Finance.
In 2006-2008 received degree of MBA University of Michigan (Ross).
For the first time got acquainted with the IT field, being an auditor of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Held different executive positions and joined the board of large and average corporations. As the CEO of "The capital collection agency" carried out the program of large-scale conversions which affected all divisions of the company and organized acquisition of one of main competitors at the Société Générale group.
Prior to a company merger Golden Telecom and VimpelCom was engaged in projects in the field of merges and acquisitions and long-term planning of business. Then held a post of the chief financial officer of Donetsk Electric Steelworks Ltd (DEMZ) as a part of the managing command attracted with A1 investment company (investment division of Alfa Group).
In March, 2012 it is appointed the CEO of "The capital collection agency".
In October, 2013 Dmitry Fokin held the chair of the managing director of the Russian department of IXcellerate – the owner of neutral data center in Moscow.
