Content

On December 30, 2013 the Navicon company announced project completion of creation of electronic archive on the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 platform for JSC BIN Insurance.

Project Task

Within the procedures of centralization and unification of processes set a number of the tasks for Navicon:

  • in all branches and the service center to provide a uniform entry procedure of data on agreements and losses;
  • start automatic recognition of the scanned documents;
  • optimize work of personnel due to simplification of process of data entry and reduction of volume of the entered data;
  • increase service rate of clients, having accelerated process of scanning and search of insurance agreements and other documents, including at a design of insured events; create a user-friendly interface of a dovvedeniye of data on agreements and losses.

The electronic archive on the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 platform as much as possible satisfied to needs of the customer.

Project Progress

System implementation is complete within 6 months.

Project Results

As a result of implementation the customer received a single system of scanning, recognition and document storage. Time of data processing by the operator at execution of the agreement was reduced. Now the operator does not need to scan separately each file – the program scans and will recognize all files, locating them in the necessary order in electronic archive.

Sergey Zherdev, the director of the department of information technologies of JSC BIN Insurance, noted: "Project implementation on creation of electronic archive on the basis of Microsoft allowed us to reduce time for execution of one agreement by the operator by 48% and, therefore, to lay off the number of the operators involved in this process. Using the Navicon command implementation of electronic archive took place very quickly and easily. There is a special wish to note high quality of a system, its fault tolerance and lack of errors – are very important for maintenance of continuous process of service of insurers. The electronic archive implemented by Navicon company is available to work in mode 24x7, it is very important because of presence of our offices in the majority of time zones of Russia.
