The Crucial element company (file) completed an implementation project of own solution "KE: Sales management of the real estate" based on the 1C: Enterprise 8.1 platform in "the City House-building Company" in St. Petersburg.
Since 2005 sales accounting in the company it was performed using a custom configuration on the 1C: Enterprise 8.0 platform. However growth of the company, change in the legislation and the need for improvement of the business processes connected with sales activity resulted in need of creation of new, more powerful tool for operational management of sales both from central, and from remote offices.
During the project the functionality of the existing system regarding accounting of construction objects and secondary objects (apartments, offices) and also accounting of sales agreements of the real estate was finished.
Now a system functions in the mode of the uniform centralized database, and remote users in branches of the company are connected to it on technology of terminal access. In commercial operation there are about 30 jobs in all departments of the company.
Works on implementation of a subsystem "Call center" which functionality is integrated with the IP telephony system are in the long term planned and allows to keep account of statistics entering a call, to perform operational questioning of potential clients and to analyze demand.
