GKU FROM MFC protects personal data of citizens

The Softline company implemented the system of personal data protection of citizens in the multifunction center of providing the public and municipal services of the Saratov region.

Project Tasks

MFC as well as any organization processing information of users it is obliged to protect it according to requirements 152-FZ "About personal data". For this purpose the management of MFC initiates the project on ensuring compliance of organization activity to requirements of the Russian legislation on personal data processing.

Based on the tender the agreement is signed with the Softline company which made the optimal proposal on cost and terms of accomplishment.

Project Progress

"Data protection is one of priority tasks, in particular in organizations which in the work face personal data processing. The reliable algorithm of creation of a system of protection of PDN is necessary not only for a compliance with regulatory requirements, but also for security and tranquility of our applicants", – Nikolay Gorchakov, the head GKUSO of MFC noted.

The project provided by specialists of the contractor completely describes the system of personal data protection, including: the scheme of implementation, the list of subsystems and the offered means, justification of the choice of means of protecting contains.

In a work progress secure channels of transfer of personal data on VPN technology are configured, the certified means of protecting of the automated jobs of organization are implemented. Especially for the staff of MFC necessary organizational and administrative documentation is developed: orders, provisions, technical regulations, instructions for personal data processing.

During the project organizational and technical measures for security of personal data were developed, software tools of protection are implemented, events for conformity assessment of an information system, the processing PDN, requirements for information security are held", - Alexander Beketov, the head of information security of Softline in Samara emphasized.
