On November 1, 2013 the I-Teco company announced a successful completion of the project on creation of an end-to-end system of monitoring of IT services for JSC Transcreditbank on the platform of the HP solution of BSM.

Project Tasks

"We continue to optimize activity of Bank, relying on considerable experience of implementation of the large projects, joint with I-Teco company, directed to quality improvement of providing IT services, efficiency of IT services and expense optimization on IT, – Anna Volozhantseva, the head of department of implementation of Transcreditbank noted. – Within this project we implemented the effective solution which is quickly providing to the management of IT departments relevant and objective state-of-health data of information services, having given to the staff of IT services the new chance for forecasting and event detection before they affect IT services, thereby minimizing time for their determination and elimination".

Project Progress

On the Business Service Management HP platform (HP BSM) specialists of the contractor created a system which consolidates the data arriving from the monitors used by bank provides correlation of events by the rendered information services.

Now to service of monitoring of IT services of bank well single solution integrating information streams from different means of infrastructure monitoring.

Project Results

"System implementation of monitoring of IT services allowed to estimate shared state of IT infrastructure of Bank that substantially helped to release resources from the low-loaded services and to involve them in integration processes. Such innovation systems guarantee to clients of Transcreditbank high quality of providing different services, and to users of IT systems of Bank – increase in knowledge and satisfaction. It would be desirable to note high professionalism and team cohesion of the project, both from the company integrator, and from Bank. Actions of a command defined a project success", – Denis Sotin, the vice president, the director of Technology directorate of Transcreditbank emphasized.
