TsNTU "Loudspeaker" continues the project of formation of information space

On November 6, 2013 the Top Systems company announced the conclusion with TsNTU Dinamika Ltd of the agreement according to which the developer company should create and implement the solution of a common information space using the systems of the software package T-FLEX.

Project Tasks

It is supposed that the project of automation will cover work of designers and design document flow, electronic archive, business processes at the enterprise, project management, process design, clerical document flow and integration with the accounting system.

Project objective – the organization of a common information space of the enterprise allowing to optimize processes of creation of aviation exercise machines.

At a stage of the choice of the software product proposals of both the western, and domestic developers are considered. Preference was given to the T-FLEX PLM system as the automation of the enterprise which is the most full answering to effective objectives and tasks.

The project of automation is expected one and a half years. Implementation will be carried out in several steps.

Within the project integration of the T-FLEX PLM system with complex 1C is planned.

Project Progress

On February 17, 2014 the Top Systems company announced continuation of the project of complex automation and formation of a common information space using the systems of the T-FLEX PLM complex.

At the first stage of the project examination is conducted, by its results the analytical report is issued. The conceptual automation model of the enterprise developed by consultants of the company is approved. Primary cycles of training of key experts of the automated divisions are carried out.

Automation of end-to-end scheduling and network and operational planning, control of execution of project works, implementable this hi-tech enterprise of the aviation industry became a project dominant, according to the solution of the management of the enterprise. As a result, automation objects are all main divisions: as responsible for design-technology activity, and economical, economic and production.

According to specifics of work of TsNTU "Loudspeaker", the Top Systems company carries out completion and setup of separate modules under the order. Considering the importance of the project, at the enterprise the specialized bureau which is responsible for project implementation from the customer is officially created, and after official project completion will provide to the implemented solutions all necessary support.
