365 Command

The Kaseya company, the supplier of software solutions on management of IT systems, announced in November, 2013 acquisition of company 365 Command which solutions allow IT departments of the organizations and it is easy for providers of IT services to manage and administer application suites of Microsoft Office 365 in "cloud". It is expected that this acquisition will complement the solutions Kaseya with functionality of management of applications in "cloud".

Via graphical interface 365 Command are available: the Exchange Migrator function — for easy migration from physical Exchange in Office 365; templates of mailboxes — allow to apply the centralized settings to groups of mailboxes, managing access, quotas and many other necessary functions; intuitive panels — provide the fast Exchange-environments overview; converting of mailboxes between free and licensed, and vice versa; big and flexible tool of the reporting under mailboxes, groups, mobile devices, permissions, licensing and many other parameters; the detailed access control — allows users to carry out only those tasks to which access is provided to them; control of permissions for mailboxes — at the level of a mailbox or folders.

At the same time, 365 Command provide: an ability to manage all clients through uniform login (for providers of IT services); and also a possibility of expanded management of the user systems (profiles), including recovery of passwords, mailings, management of user groups, cleaning of profiles of recently deleted (nonexistent) users and many other things.

Besides, the solution provides access control of mobile devices — the table of types of the devices belonging to users of Office 365 allows administrators to browse the parts connected with each device including time synchronization and extent of access of the device.
