The Alfa-Inform company from Yekaterinburg completed the complex project on implementation of Terrasoft CRM at the "Ural compressor plant" making the compressor and cryogenic equipment.
Automation of a full stroke of work with clients was the main objective of the project, beginning from detection of need for products and finishing it with shipment. A system had to provide end-to-end passing of business processes through marketing departments, sales and sale.
During the project the uniform base of the target, potential and acting clients was created, storage of complete history of work with each client is provided. In a system tools for sales planning and comparison of planned targets with actual were implemented. Document flow is optimized, data exchange with the 1C: Enterprise system is organized.
Processes of work of marketing department demanded considerable processing. Work with influences was automated, beginning from planning of the budget, registration of the attracted target audience, and finishing with efficiency analysis of the carried-out influence. Time necessary for the organization of mail and electronic mailings was reduced.
Based on implementation of the CRM system the customer notes increase in employee performance of marketing departments, sales and sale, reduction of time for sale implementation. The number of clients increased due to high-quality service.
