TESS-Engineering implements technologies of management and accounting

On November 11, 2013 1C Company: The first BIT was announced the final of an implementation project of specialized software products for Kazakhstan by "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Trade Management 8" in Company Tess-Engineering Ltd.

Project Tasks

With business development in firm there was a need of carrying out complex business process automation, creation of a single system of accounting of data on a financial and economic and trading activity.

Project Progress

As the partner in the project, the guide of TESS-Engineering selected 1C: The first BIT. His specialists performed installation and tuning of systems, made their integration.

In the trade direction:

• management of the relations with clients/rules and processes продаж/запасами/закупками/складом/доставкой goods/finance/control and analysis of target indicators of activity of the enterprise.

In the accounting direction:

• accounting of banking and cash activities / accounting of calculations about partners/fixed asset accounting and intangible assets / accounting of trade operations / accounting production/payroll accounting, personnel and personified accounting/accomplishment of the completing transactions month/preparation of the regulated reporting.

Project Results

• the centralized system of collection of information on key activities of firm is created;
• credentials on accounting, tax, trade accounting are systematized.
• there was a possibility of operational approval of documents because data are reflected in a single system;
• time for preparation of the reporting was reduced by 15%. All documents form automatically on the basis of primary data.
