iSelf (iDD EOS)

iSelf is the solution for iPad developed jointly by EOS Group and Flexis company.

Description

The product gives sales opportunity of all standard scenarios of processing of electronic documents, including their editing by hand-written input and imposing of resolutions, including graphic and voice and also using the choice of standard resolutions from the list.

The application interface allows to obtain quickly the necessary analytical information concerning the document, to make a selection of necessary data with the help of a system of filters, to select suitable contractors of instructions and to study results of their accomplishment.

Functionality

iSelf allows:

• Receive electronic documents for consideration, signing, approval.
• Impose on text documents and audioresolutions.
• Use standard texts and select contractors from the list with photos.
• Vise and sign electronic documents.
• Make change in draft documents using functionality of iPad (to cross out and emphasize words and blocks of the text, to enter comments, including in the form of an audio recording).
• To quickly find the necessary documents that were already received by the head in a subsystem, carrying out full-text search or using filters.

2014: iSelf 2.4 became iDD EOS 2.5

On October 1, 2014 the Aydesayd company announced a release of the new version of the mobile client for the workflow system Case.

The new release of the mobile client of iDecide Documents for work with EDMS Case, known under the iSelf 2.4 brand, received the name iDD EOS 2.5.

The implemented improvements and additions

• In the new application stability of operation of application by means of transition to "Service of Mobile Solutions" (SMS) from EOS Group company is increased. Using the application, iDD EOS 2.5 works with EDMS Case and other systems from EOS Group – EOS for Sharepoint and EDocLib.

• In release of iDD EOS 2.5 the mechanism of sorting and filtering of documents is simplified - incoming documents can be displayed on categories that allows to place priorities during the work with their large number.

• Hand-written and text commenting of the document is complemented with function of voice input. Clicking the button and the voice comment it will be attached in the place specified by the user.

• The head had a possibility of interaction with contractors directly, without assistant.

• The data exchange rate in the new application version increased.

• The functionality of information output of iDD EOS 2.5 on devices with high resolution of the screen - iPad with the Retina display is implemented. The new version of a product works with the strengthened electronic signature on iPad.
